PROJECT BACKGROUND
In order to improve the competitiveness of children in the future, many parents nowadays have become ‘monster parents’. Children suffer from both the pressure of heavy homework and extra assignments from their parents. This phenomenon has inspired me to write this story to remind parents of the pressure that the children are facing. At the end of the story, the parents understood the problems and relieved the children from the pressure.
PROJECT CONCEPT
As I hope this story will tell parents the dilemma that the children are facing, I have created a magic leaf that acts as the turning point in a boy’s life. It makes the boy happy and satisfied instead of feeling frustrated. Reading through this story, parents will realize that what children really need are companions, not assignments.
