PROJECT BACKGROUND

The entertainment hub is essential to the Covid-19 pandemic. The re-planning and design of the unused urban area provide a space for the elderly in Kwun Tong. Most of the activity space of the entertainment center uses the original building frame as the main structure. The roof of the disused Kwun Tong Jockey Club Health Centre will be revitalized to provide extended public space for the Kwun Tong community.
