This programme is designed to enable students to work in the fashion design and product development field. Students will find the programme both practical and creative by learning through fashion shows, live projects, design competitions, and an international exchange programme as they work with visiting practitioners and organisations from the fashion and related industries. Students will be expected to acquire design concept generation, pattern-making, and the sewing techniques for fashion products. The Knitwear Design and Accessories Design streams provide students with a more comprehensive learning scope required by the market. This programme emphasises generic concepts, language and communication training, whole person development, and workplace experience to better prepare students for further studies and employment after graduation.
