Graduates from the HD in Visual Communication are well equipped with visual communication skills in analytical thinking, visual expression and problem solving, message interpretation, manipulation and communication through a wide range of graphic design areas that cover typography, branding and marketing, persuasive strategy, information design, user experience design, digital publishing design and visual manipulation. Graduates are nurtured to be self-motivated problem-solvers who are not only observant, curious, and passionate, but also dare to explore new frontiers in visual communication. Graduates are expected to be able to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing regional creative environment. They are ready to be employed as graphic designers, information designers, brand consultants, web / interactive designers, packaging designers, book designers, illustrators, storyboard artists, and character designers.
