PROJECT BACKGROUND

The design was inspired by the remaining debris and traces of the wood burning in the fire. The fabric was mainly dyed by natural coffee grounds and was made with patchwork. Recycled lace paper and natural leaves (chemically treated) were used to symbolize lichen mushroom in the forest. For the clothing style, it is a combination of Lolita and European clothing from the mid-18th to the early 19th century. The target consumers are women who like unique, retro, and customized clothing styles.
