PROJECT BACKGROUND

My theme is Geometry and Line. I want to use artwork to express this profound topic while allowing the audiences to know that we are in fact surrounded by geometry and lines in real life. In fact, even our bodies can also be drawn by using geometric shapes and lines. My design was inspired by the painting of Picasso, in which I recreated the painting of Picasso and designed the artwork by using tub jacquard. You can actually see that the jacquard patterns are like ruffles made by organza. Meanwhile, my silhouette design is based on geometry.
