As outdoor sports are restricted due to the epidemic, many people’s mental and physical health has been affected. Nowadays, exercising at home is becoming more popular worldwide. However, some people are not interested in exercising at home due to lack of knowledge and monotonous movement. This project is mainly for young people who have no habit of doing exercises. Unlike ordinary home sports, this project has added elements of K-pop to attract young people. Through interesting characters and colorful sports apps, social media, platforms, and promotional posters, we hope to attract a group of young people who like K-pop but have no exercise habits to try sports with the innovative ‘Korean Wave’ theme. This project aims to help improve the physical and mental health of the public.
