PROJECT BACKGROUND

This collection was inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s story. In spite of the pain and stress from his mental illness, he never gave up his passion for painting. His sadness was often expressed through his artwork. The color tone and knitting pattern of the collection are inspired by the painting of Starry Night in order to pay tribute to his artworks.
