PROJECT BACKGROUND
Located at the Junction of Po Yap Road and Chi Shin Street in Tseung Kwan O, the client of this project is HKCSS Modular Social Housing Programme and users are children aged 8 to 11 and their parents. In the process of playing, children can learn, explore, solve problems and train their emotional development.
PROJECT CONCEPT
“Growth” is the concept for the playscape design. The shape of leaves is used to distinguish the different playing zones. Hemp ropes, grass slopes and sandpits will be included to train children's coordination abilities and imagination. This allows them to absorb knowledge and growth during the process of playing.
