PROJECT BACKGROUND
This is a newspaper introducing an aircraft carrier from Japan in the WWII period. As the warship named ‘雲龍(Unryu)’ did not join any battles during the war era, it was not very famous amongst most people. This project aims to introduce this less famous warship to the fans of military history and share more information about it.
PROJECT CONCEPT
This project aims to make an informative and illustrative newspaper to introduce the aircraft carrier. The two major parts of the project are the illustrations and the history content. In order to give the best reading experience to the readers, I have set up the target to draw good-quality illustrations to show the aircraft carrier and to write rich text to introduce the background and detailed information of the warship.
