創作背景
HK has a sizeable ethnic minority community who may encounter difficulties when seeking employment, education, housing and health care. Co-living would not only be brings the relieve of housing crisis, and the reconcile on race, family, and more.
創作理念
The design is to “ join” among three key aspects:
Old building & new construct units are joined by ramps, as well as different zones are connected;
Communal & private areas to join the activities and living of the residence together;
Residents & small business joint live and living.
