EMBRACE
PROJECT BACKGROUND
A lot of people with visual impairments have low vision or partial sight impairment. As most low vision or partially sight impaired parents can see distances of less than 3 meters, they do not feel comfortable using existing baby trolleys as it limits their ability to navigate. Insecurity hinders the mobility of the parent when they are with their babies. Embrace repositioned the baby seat closer to the user so that visually impaired parents can see the views in front of them more clearly. The slightly lifted baby seat allows visually impaired parents to reach their children easily and enhances their sense of security. Last but not the least, a built-in reverse brake helps to stop the trolley in case of emergency. Embrace increases the mobility of visually impaired users.
