The re-encounter of consanguinity
PROJECT BACKGROUND
This is a brand new XR short film of virtual production based on an animation idea of Tony Wong, our group leader and director. With the help of tutors from different departments, including film and TV, fashion design, animation, etc., members of Group 9 created the film by taking charge of their own specialties.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Our script, characters, and scene design were based on cyberpunk since they shared the same characteristics of the future. Meanwhile, Tony Wong and Anna Lai, our tutor, rewrote the script a couple of times just to fit the background of Hong Kong. The visual concept was designed by the students from the art stream while the film was produced by the VFX group.
