Showcasing designers’ past and future dreams
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Concurrent with the renovation and establishment of the Hong Kong Graphic Archive and Centre for Communication of HKDI, the Hong Kong GraphicFest 2021, launched for the first time, aims at showcasing archival artifacts and connecting the graphic design community with design lovers. An inclusive proposition is required to join the wide aspect in consistent event identity design and communication tactics.
PROJECT CONCEPT
With the proposition and main theme of ‘Dreamania · Past and Future’, the Hong Kong GraphicFest 2021 is scheduled to have two main touchpoints, namely designer dialogues series and sponsorship for students' works of graphic merchandising at Pinkoi online shop. Social media including Facebook, Instagram, MeWe, and WhatsApp will be used to convey the promotional messages and contents. The charm of blending the old creations with the modern ones is captured as the projected impression throughout the campaign.
