Relieve stress to improve sleep quality
The development of the society and changes in lifestyle can affect people’s quality of sleep. As a result, the physical and psychological health of many people are being affected. While it is well understood that the duration of sleep can affect one’s performance at work or study, many people do not pay much attention to their sleep quality or seek treatment even though when there are problems. In fact, sleep problems can be solved in many ways. This project aims to find out the ways that can improve the sleep quality among middle-aged people.
In addition to delivering knowledge of the means to improve people’s sleep quality, this project also uses small gifts to help people sleep better. The project will be promoted through multi-media channels.
