This project is inspired by the famous internet slang ‘See this and drink water’. Troubling with difficulties and challenges in daily life, people of Hong Kong can hardly handle negative emotions and pressure properly. The project aims to promote the culture of meditation to the public in order for people to learn more about its benefits. By following a step-by-step guide with the help of unique meditation products, stressful citizens can learn about ways to breathe mindfully and relax their bodies. If you can visualize this now, it means that it is time for you to meditate!
One could barely gasp for breathing in this packed and noisy city. Still, I invite you to imagine yourself as a fish and jump into an ocean of peace. The project uses a fish-man as the character, hoping to echo the theme of this project in a dynamic way. Black and white are used in the guidebook to enable readers to read and understand the contents directly. The guidebook tells the story about the fish-man. A man who loses himself as he is overwhelmed by everyday problems such as career, health issues, love affairs, financial situation as well as social life. As he jumps into the deep ocean and reaches the world of meditation, he can finally rest and be freed from troubles in the reality.
